Rose joined the firm in
1985. She completed a litigation and trial practice
program from The Paralegal Institute and a
general paralegal study from the School of
Paralegal Studies of the Southern Career Institute.
She earned her CP (Certified Paralegal) designation
in 1992. Rose is a member of the National
Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). She is a
founding member of the Montana Association of Legal
Assistants (MALA) and has served in various officer
positions in the organization. Rose splits her
responsibilities with the firm between her position
as its System Administrator and assisting
Carl
Mendenhall in his practice in the areas of medical
malpractice defense, general civil and commercial
litigation, business transactions, water rights,
workers’ compensation, and insurance defense.
Rose was born and raised in Anaconda, Montana and
has five siblings. She and her husband raised two
daughters. They have two granddaughters and
one grandson. She enjoys
quilting and scrapbooking and has made many stained
glass pieces in past years.
