Mary Ellen originally
joined the firm in 1990; left in 1994 and returned
in 2001. Mary Ellen was born in Havre, Montana, but
resided in Chinook. Prior to her career as a legal
assistant beginning in 1994, she worked as a legal
secretary for twelve years. She assists
Patrick
Dougherty in his practice, which practice includes
taxation, estate planning, commercial transactions,
and real estate, including § 1031 exchanges. Mary
Ellen has been particularly involved in the area of
§ 1031 exchanges since 2001.
