Cindy joined the firm in
1990. Cindy was born in Whitefish, Montana. She
completed the Legal Secretary program at the
Missoula Vo-Tech in 1987. She earned her CLA
(Certified Legal Assistant) designation in 1992. In
1998, she attained a civil litigation specialty
designation from the National Association of Legal Assistants. She was the recipient of the NALA
Affiliate Award in 1997. She is a member of the
National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA);
Montana Association of Legal Assistants (MALA)
(President 1994-1996); and the Paralegal Section of
the State Bar of Montana. She served on NALA's
Professional Development Committee and the UM
College of Technology Legal Assisting Advisory
Committee. She assists
Patrick
Frank in his practice;
which practice emphasizes civil trial (including
commercial litigation), insurance defense and
personal injury.
