Bev joined the firm in
1987. She completed the Legal Secretary program at
the Missoula Vo-Tech in 1988. She is a member of the
National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA);
Montana Association of Legal Assistants (MALA-Treasurer
2006-2007; Newsletter Editor 2007-2010); and the
Paralegal Section of Montana. She also has served as
adjunct faculty for the Missoula College of
Technology for the Paralegal Studies Program. She
has been an active member of the Missoula community
by serving on the Board of Directors for Missoula
Mavericks Baseball and Big Sky High School Booster
Club. She assists
Gail
Haviland,
Pat Dougherty and
Will McCarthy in their
practice; which emphasize estate planning, trust
administration, probate and transactions involving
real estate and business. In her free time,
she and her husband enjoy being outdoors, camping,
coaching and attending their two children's sporting
and music events.
