Barbara joined the firm
in 1995. Barbara was born in Fort Worth, Texas. She
completed the Legal Secretary program at the
Missoula Vo-Tech in 1995. She earned her CP
(Certified Paralegal) designation in 2009. She completed the
Professional Paralegal Program through the School of
Paralegal Studies in June, 2000. She is a member of
the Montana Association of Legal Assistants (MALA);
National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and
the Paralegal Section of the State Bar of Montana,
where she is currently MALA Representative to the
Paralegal Section. Barbara is also on the UM College
of Technology Legal Assisting Advisory Committee. She assists
Ronald Bender in his practice; which
practice emphasizes banking, labor and employment,
real estate, insurance defense and commercial
transactions.
