coupled with his approachable demeanor contribute to
his proficiency and his ability to connect with and
effectively advocate for and counsel his clients.
He initially joined the firm as an intern while

He is very proud of his
Irish-American heritage and also of the fact that he
was born and raised in Butte, Montana as a 4th
generation Montanan. He has 3 siblings, two of which
are high school teachers and one who is a police
captain. His father recently retired after serving
nearly 30 years as the Butte-Silver Bow County
Attorney. His mother was raised with 11 siblings
meaning that he has a sizeable extended family that
frequently seek free legal advise. His wife is
originally from the small farming and ranching
community of Valier, Montana. She holds a Doctorate
in Pharmacy from The University of Montana School of
Pharmacy and is an owner of Frenchtown Drug in
Frenchtown, Montana. Together they are the proud
parents of 2 constantly on the go boys and an 8
pound Shi Tzu that enjoys herding cattle.
When not on the phone at work, he enjoys the Montana
outdoors, watching sporting events, traveling, and
spending as much time as possible with his family
and friends. He especially enjoys football and is an
ardent fan of the Montana Grizzlies and the Miami
Dolphins. Consequently, he is usually in a better
mood on Saturday then on Sunday.
He prefers to be referred to as Willie or Will.
